He is recognized for his leadership and analytical expertise in consistently delivering outstanding results.

BTS DIRECTOR

Rathin is a technology professional and researcher with experience spanning full-stack development, data science, and product engineering. He has delivered scalable platforms across industries, working on web applications, real-time analytics, and applied machine learning solutions. Rathin holds an M.S. in Computer Science, bringing technical depth and design-driven thinking to build impactful, user-focused products.

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Jenny holds an M.S. in Marketing Analytics from the University of Southern California and a B.A. in Quantitative Economics from the University of California, Irvine, specializing in marketing operations, project management, and strategic process improvement. She blends a background in marketing analytics with experience in coordination and organizational strategy to create efficient systems and support team success.

EDUCATION DIRECTOR

Dr. Reena is an accomplished educator and counselor with over two decades of experience in higher education, curriculum development, and student success. She holds a Doctorate in Human Development and Family Studies, as well as dual Master’s degrees in Child Development and Counseling. She has taught extensively in psychology across leading universities, specializing in developmental and abnormal psychology, while also serving as a clinical counsellor supporting children, adolescents, and adults. With expertise in academic leadership, program coordination, and faculty training, she is dedicated to fostering inclusive, engaging, and student-centered learning environments.

RESEARCH DIRECTOR

Pranay possesses a strong background in data analytics, automation, and machine learning. With hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, and cloud tools like Snowflake and Azure, he has led cross-functional research projects in data scraping, dashboard development, and workflow optimization. He holds an MS in Business Analytics from the University of California, Riverside, and has contributed to both academic research and real-world data solutions across nonprofits, startups, and government organizations like ISRO.
