Operations volunteer
About the job
Commitment: ~10 hours per week (U.S. remote)
Reports to: Operations Director and sub team manager
What you'll do:
Human Resources (HR) Focus
Reach out to potential candidates and manage initial communications.
Schedule and participate in interviews, helping evaluate candidates.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
Conduct volunteer follow-ups and help coordinate 1-on-1 check-ins.
Maintain organized records of volunteer agreements and related documentation.
Administration Focus
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for information sharing and organizational reporting.
Conduct research on tools, platforms, and resources to support ACDC’s growth.
Organize digital files and maintain centralized systems for easy access.
Assist in planning and supporting online projects, events, and initiatives.
Provide general administrative support and help respond to inquiries, similar to customer service.
What we're looking for:
Strong interest or background in human resources, administration, or organizational management.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Reliability and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
