About the job
Commitment: ~10 hours per week (U.S. remote)
Reports to: Marketing Director, Assistant Director, and sub team manager
What you'll do:
Social Theatre Focus
Schedule posts across ACDC’s social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
Engage with our audience by responding to comments and helping build a strong online community.
Monitor social media trends and suggest new strategies to increase engagement.
Creative Studio Focus
Design graphics, videos, and promotional materials using Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.
Collaborate on visuals for social media, website, and outreach campaigns.
Contribute creative ideas while maintaining brand consistency.
Impact Lab Focus
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
Track website metrics using Google Analytics and related tools.
Assist in writing and optimizing blogs, website content, and digital campaigns.
Generate periodic reports on traffic, engagement, and conversions.
What we're looking for:
Strong interest or background in digital marketing, design, or analytics.
Creativity and attention to detail.
Familiarity with at least one relevant tool (social media platforms, Canva/Adobe, Google Analytics, or SEO tools).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate in a remote, team-oriented environment.
